Paperback or Hardcover?

I want to get Fallen by Lauren Kate, but I don't know if I should get in paperback or hardcover. Now the paperback is $9.99 and the hardcover is $10.52 (Amazon) or $14.39 (Barns %26amp; Noble). I don't know which I should get.Paperback or Hardcover?
Well, if it's a book you are only going to read once, then you should get paperback. Once you are done reading it, you can put it on display or on a shelf, and as long as you don't have dirty hands and you don't throw the book around, it should stay in great shape.

But, if you are less careful with books and you are going to be reading a few times over, get hardback. It is more durable, so it would stay looking nicer.

In my opinion, though, go with paperback. It's cheaper.Paperback or Hardcover?
Hardcover from Amazon. Hardcovers last longer then paperbacks that way you can enjoy the book longer before it falls apart (if it does at all)Paperback or Hardcover?
I'd say hardcover just for the fact that hardcover always looks nicer and lasts longer.
