How many chapters are in Breaking Dawn?

Hey, I preordered my copy of Breaking Dawn from Barns 'n Noble, and I haven't gotten it yet.

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the number of chapters there are in the book......im just currious to find out.

its set up with 39 chapters. about 2/3 of it is in bella's point of view, and 1/3 in jacobs.
